Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant consulting, development or industry experience
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Excellent knowledge of J2EE architecture/design patterns, Object Oriented Design methodologies, SOA, data modeling techniques and SOAP.
  • Strong experience designing / developing with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer)
  • Experience with the application development lifecycle process based on SCRUM, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design,& scheduling
  • Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues, browser degradation/progressive enhancement strategies, optimization and accessibility techniques
  • Experience working with Oracle's Application Development Framework (ADF)
  • Experience in Drupal, SOAP, EJB/RMI and Agile Methodology

Preferred:

  • Previous Federal Consulting experience
  • Understanding of fundamental cloud computing concepts
  • Experience with Information Assurance concepts and processes within the Federal government
  • Knowledge of and experience with Federal security regulations, standards, and processes including FISMA, FIPS, NIST, and FedRAMP
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic Application Server, Oracle Universal Directory
