Job description
You will join a senior Global Operations team responsible for establishing a scalable and standardized ERP operating model across all regions. In buildup of Operational team, we search the SAP S/4HANA Security & Authorization Lead. The role ensures secure, compliant, and scalable access control aligned with a governance frameworks, SAP Public Cloud restrictions, and global business processes across all regions. This position is central to defining global role templates, managing compliance controls, supporting audits, and safeguarding and broader ERP transformation.
Main responsibilities:
- Design and maintain the global SAP Public Cloud authorization model, leveraging task-based and persona-based role templates.
- Collaborate with IcoFR lead to design principles.
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of Business Roles in all SAP system.
- Ensure Minimum Baseline Security requirements are met.
- Ensure segregation of duties (SoD) is embedded in design.
- Coordinate with functional teams to ensure business processes map correctly to role assignments while staying compliant.
- Ensure consistent user provisioning and account lifecycle processes across all regions
- Evaluate SAP Public Cloud releases for security impact, role/catalog changes, new apps, and mandatory redesign.
The position can be based in India, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Portugal, Mexico or the United States, following a hybrid working model, depending on country.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scripting?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Minimum 10 years of SAP Security & Authorization experience
- Deep knowledge of task-based roles, business roles, identity lifecycle, and SAP authorization concepts.
- Strong understanding of SoD frameworks, GRC/IAG, and audit & compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in SAP Cloud Identity Services as well as Public Cloud.
- Experience supporting global rollout programs with complex role models.
- Strong documentation skills for governance, risk, and baseline control requirements.
- Bachelor degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or Business Information Management.
- SAP certification.
- Experience working in global industrial or engineering environments (e.g., manufacturing)
- Exposure to automation (e.g. using SAP GRC rulesets, scripting for role analysis, automation tools).
