Job description

We are supporting a client in the financial services space to engage a specialist contractor to help modernise their data platform and strengthen access management capabilities., * Support the modernisation of enterprise data platforms, ensuring scalability and governance alignment

  • Implement and optimise access management (IAM) within data environments
  • Work on data governance frameworks including tooling and integration with existing platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver platform enhancements
  • Support selection and integration of external technology partners and providers

Requirements

  • Strong experience with data platforms (modern data architectures, data lakes, or data warehouses)
  • Hands-on expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) within data ecosystems
  • Solid understanding of data governance frameworks and tools
  • Experience working in financial services or regulated environments

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with external vendors/consultancies
  • Exposure to enterprise governance suites
  • Previous work within private banking or similar environments
