Job description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Systems Program Manager to lead the implementation of a new ERP platform - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - and oversee the integration of related add-on systems. This individual will also spearhead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of a new CRM system, managing relationships with technology vendors and ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment.
This is a pivotal role requiring strong leadership, deep systems knowledge, and the ability to partner across departments to build processes that leverage the full potential of our business systems.
Major Responsibilities:
ERP System Implementation (Business Central)

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and timeline management.

Collaborate with department heads (Finance, Operations, Sales, etc.) to define system requirements, workflows, and reporting needs.

Identify, evaluate, and implement add-on modules and third-party integrations that enhance Business Central functionality.

Ensure data integrity and migration from legacy systems with minimal disruption to business operations.

Partner with end users across functional teams to drive UAT, validate configurations against business requirements, and ensure the system is fit for purpose ahead of go-live.
CRM Strategy and Deployment
- Conduct a full analysis of business needs across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to define CRM requirements.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new CRM platform, ensuring it integrates effectively with Business Central and other systems.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance throughout the CRM lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Process Development
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to document and optimize business processes that align with system capabilities.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding.
- Develop training programs and change management plans to support adoption and long-term success of systems.
Vendor and Project Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for software vendors, implementation partners, and consultants.
- Monitor performance, budgets, and delivery milestones across multiple projects.
- Ensure that system implementations stay on schedule and meet functional and business requirements.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably with ERP/CRM systems.
- Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Sales, and Operations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills (PMP certification is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives.
- Experience in vendor selection, negotiation, and management.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with common Business Central add-ons and integrations (e.g., inventory, manufacturing, etc.).
- Hands-on involvement with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Experience with data migration and business intelligence/reporting tools.
