Job description
As a Senior Technical Product Owner, you'll play a central part in delivering this transformation, helping to maximise the value of our SAP investment through clear roadmaps, strong governance and close collaboration with technical teams, business leaders and third-party partners. The role offers global reach in terms of project delivery, giving you the chance to influence large-scale outcomes, work across diverse teams and help deliver change that will have impact across the wider organisation. What you'll do
- Define and develop the product strategy and longer-term roadmap for SAP Sales and Service platforms.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to prioritise initiatives, improvements and platform investment.
- Lead the delivery of product and project activity across design, build, test, implementation and early life support.
- Own and manage product backlogs, EPICs, user stories and planning activity to support effective delivery.
- Establish and maintain standards, policies and governance for the use and development of SAP Sales and Service solutions.
- Ensure services operate effectively against agreed service levels, performance expectations and cost targets.
- Manage third-party vendors and partners to ensure strong performance and value for money.
- Support service introduction, adoption and ongoing optimisation across the organisation.
- Provide leadership across teams and the wider supply chain, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales?, * Strong experience in product ownership, product management or a similar role within enterprise technology environments.
- Knowledge of SAP Sales and Service platforms and the ability to work effectively with technical specialists and business stakeholders.
- Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and priorities in line with business needs.
- Good understanding of delivery frameworks and practices such as ITIL, SAFe and DevSecOps.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines in a complex environment.
- Strong communication, facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in customer- or user-facing environments, with the ability to translate technical detail into business value.
- A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to coach, influence and drive results across matrix teams.
