Job description
We are seeking a Business Systems Co-ordinator to support and enhance the use of our ERP and business systems across manufacturing operations.
Reporting to the Orkla Sweet Ingredients VP Digital, this role sits at the centre of day-to-day operations, working closely with teams across production, planning, supply chain, warehousing, and finance. The focus is on ensuring systems are used effectively, consistently, and in a way that supports efficient and scalable business processes.
You will play a key role in how Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is applied in practice - supporting users, identifying improvements, and helping embed better ways of working across the business.
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on support to users of D365 and related systems across operational teams
- Work directly with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure systems reflect and support real processes
- Identify issues or inefficiencies in system usage and implement practical improvements
- Support system changes, enhancements, and upgrades, ensuring they are well understood and adopted by the business
- Help develop and maintain consistent processes and system usage across sites
- Deliver user training and ongoing support, building confidence and capability within the business
- Act as a key point of contact between business users and digital/IT teams, * Work within a large-scale manufacturing environment with real operational complexity
- Be directly involved in shaping how ERP supports business performance across multiple sites

Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical support?, * Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environment
- Strong understanding of core business processes such as production, planning, inventory, and order management
- Experience using an ERP system in a practical, day-to-day operational context (Microsoft D365 F&O preferred)
- Ability to work closely with users to understand issues and improve how systems are used
- A structured, detail-oriented approach with a focus on process consistency and improvement
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders across different levels of the business
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership of issues through to resolution, If you have experience working within manufacturing environments and want to play a key role in improving how business systems support operations, we welcome your application.
