We are currently seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to ensure our team has the technological tools and connectivity they need to deliver exceptional service to our global partners., As an IT Support Technician, you will be the backbone of our daily technical operations. You will be responsible for deploying hardware, maintaining our network infrastructure, and serving as the primary point of contact for technical support.
Because this role involves hands-on network cabling and equipment deployment, it requires a unique blend of customer service skills, system administration knowledge, and physical infrastructure expertise.
Responsibilities
Respond to IT support tickets and requests in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues. Troubleshoot issues related to TCP/IP protocols, DNS resolution, or network congestion. Execute password resets and resolve account access issues. Support mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) and associated enterprise applications. Set up new employee workstations and deploy desktop/laptop systems for new hires and hardware refresh cycles. Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as needed. Set up and support peripheral equipment - monitors, docking stations, printers, IP phones, and headsets. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of IT equipment and assets. Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the IT ticketing system. Document completed work, cable maps, and equipment configurations clearly and consistently.
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, Experience: 3~5 years of experience in a hands-on IT support, desktop support, or field technician role. OS Expertise: Demonstrated experience deploying and troubleshooting Windows PCs and Macs in a corporate environment. Software Proficiency: Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and MacOS. Physical Infrastructure: Working knowledge of structured cabling standards with proven experience running, terminating, and testing Cat6/Cat6A cable. Networking Basics: Solid understanding of core networking concepts and hardware, including switches, patch panels, Wi-Fi access points, and Power over Ethernet (PoE) devices. Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs (e.g., servers, large monitors, UPS units, and networking gear). Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
