Job description
The Talent & Development Manager coordinates and governs Performance and Succession Management, Learning, Recruitment, and Onboarding processes from a central position within the company (Center of Excellence). The role supports HR Business Partners, who are responsible for execution and follow-up locally, while driving further standardization, structure, and continuous improvement through our HRIS.
He/she drives a strong talent and learning culture, strengthening engagement, internal mobility, and the leadership pipeline. At the same time, HR structures and processes still need to be built and standardized, requiring a strong affinity with process design. This role therefore balances people development with building scalable HR foundations.
Next to the Talent & Development Manager, the Global HR team of Nedschroef consists of 6 HR Business Partners responsible for our Product Lines and Group Functions and a Compensation & Benefits Manager. Key activities and responsibilities:
- Create and implement learning pathways for different management levels, ensuring clear development opportunities across the organization
- Drive adoption and completion of Talent & Development processes, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability across locations
- Design, coordinate, and roll out the employee engagement survey cycle, including structured follow-up on outcomes
- Strengthen employer branding in line with Nedschroef's talent and growth ambitions
- Leverage HR technology, systems, and talent metrics to generate insights and support data-driven decision making
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of Talent & Development processes across the organization
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project management?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * A master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Talent Management, Learning & Development, or broader Talent role within a corporate or international environment
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing talent and development programs
- Strong affinity with HR systems, HR technology, and data-driven HR processes
- Experience developing and delivering training programs, both online and offline
- Strong process orientation with the ability to build structure and drive standardization
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch is strongly preferred
