IT Manager

We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to lead a small team of IT Assistants and take ownership of technology across the business. This is a varied role covering everything from maintaining and developing our eCommerce platforms to keeping our day-to-day IT infrastructure running smoothly., * Lead, support and develop a small team of IT Assistants.

• Maintain and develop our existing eCommerce Magento platforms.
• Maintain and develop our bespoke B2C and B2B platforms.
• Manage IT infrastructure across the business - service, repair and replace hardware and systems as required.
• Ensure systems are reliable, secure and meet the needs of the business.
• Research and development of new and existing projects.

Essential Skills & Experience

• PHP
• MySQL
• CSS
• JavaScript
• Experience maintaining and developing eCommerce platforms (Magento highly desirable).
• Strong IT infrastructure and hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server 2025 and Hyper-V virtualisation.
• Ability to lead and support a small team.
• Able to complete projects within set deadlines.
• Maintain security over the whole IT Infrastructure.
