Job description

TBS are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Digital Portal Administrator / Office Administrator to join our fast passed office team based in Bracknell.

This role will be to input current information into our new system Job Logic. You will also be dealing with internal and external enquiries.

This role is a 6-month Temporary contract with the potential to become permanent

Duties will include:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office team
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
  • Assist with scheduling works, job tracking, and reporting
  • Manage general correspondence, phone calls, and emails
  • Help ensure accurate job logging, timesheets, job notes, and certification uploads
  • Process orders, invoices, and other administrative paperwork
  • Support internal departments with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are maintained
  • Assist with office coordination and general office duties

Joblogic Ambassador Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong working knowledge of Joblogic within a contracting environment
  • Work with management to maintain best practice use of the system
  • Act as the main point of contact for Joblogic-related queries
  • Train office staff and engineers on how to use Joblogic effectively
  • Support onboarding of new starters with Joblogic training
  • Identify ways to improve job flow, compliance, and reporting through Joblogic

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, * Skills & Experience Previous administration experience (electrical or trade background advantageous but not essential)

  • Confident IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience using Joblogic is beneficial, but full training will be provided
  • Ability to communicate clearly with office staff and engineers
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good IT skills (word, excel, outlook)
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • comfortable training and supporting others
  • Personal Attributes Keen to learn and develop within the electrical industry
  • Patient and approachable when supporting engineers and colleagues
  • Well-organised, reliable, and professional
  • Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset
