Job description

AI ConsultantPermanent, full time 1-2 days per week on site in Oxfordshire If you're an AI enthusiast and enjoy explaining the benefits of the various products to people, this is the job for you! We're working with an innovative marketing agency who have recently developed an AI platform that solves many of their clients problems. This role is all about communicating the benefits of AI to clients, building them workflows that improve efficiencies and allowing their staff to do more, with less.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with clients and internal stakeholders to identify business challenges and suggest suitable AI led solutions (with whichever platform is most suitable)Translate requirements into clear product briefs, specifications, and structured deliverablesDefine AI workflows, orchestration strategies, and agent interactions (at a conceptual level)Collaborate closely with developers and AI engineers to guide deliveryOwn and prioritise the AI product roadmapIdentify scalable, repeatable solutions across multiple clientsEnsure alignment with platform strategy, governance, and best practicesAct as the central link between commercial, product, and technical teamsEvaluate emerging AI capabilities and integrate relevant innovations

Requirements

QualificationsAI Expertise (Essential):Proven experience working with applied AI systemsStrong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent-based workflowsExperience with AI automation and orchestration across tools/modelsAwareness of AI governance, risk, and security considerations Stakeholder & Mindset:Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable in client-facing, consulting-led environmentsStrategic thinker with a focus on scalability and long-term valueEnjoys defining solutions rather than building them directly
