Senior Finance Analyst (SAP Required) {171165}

• Master data cleanup and validation including profit centers, cost centers, and data structures
• Support migration from current SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA
• Process mapping for finance workflows
• Analyze and understand existing data structures and flows
• Collaborate closely with FP&A, revenue accounting, and cross-functional teams
• Execute daily financial reporting tasks including P&L and variance analysis
• Build and modify dashboards and reports using Power BI preferred

• 8-10 years of related experience
• Strong SAP experience including ERP data structures and master data
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools with Power BI advantageous
• Experience with financial reporting, P&L analysis, and cost variance
• Understanding of core finance concepts including gross margin
• Ability to interpret how reports are built, not just generate outputs
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across teams
• Ability to translate data into business insights
• Finance background or relevant finance department experience
• Hands-on execution with strategic thinking capability
• Experience working in complex system transformation environments
• Flexibility to work in a highly collaborative, on-site team setting

SAP Financial Analyst 5 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transition projects
• Experience with Power BI dashboard development
• Experience working in finance transformation or ERP migration environments
• Understanding of financial data flows and reporting systems including TM1/SACP transition exposure as a plus, * Financial analysis: 8 years (Required)
• SAP: 2 years (Required)

• The pay for this position is $68-$75 per hour based on experience
