Job description
This individual will be required to understand and perform all aspects of Technical Support related to the normal day-to-day functions.
- Must have working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems and the aptitude to learn our ERP software (EFI Radius and Auto-Count)
- Must have working knowledge of Networking support and troubleshooting of connectivity.
- Provide support as needed to IT Manager.
- Daily responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving user's issues, configuration and installation of new hardware and monitoring critical operation systems.
- Assist with deployment of all IT Projects and Shop floor Technology development.
- Assist with implementing new projects to further develop our ERP system with a focus on improving efficiencies and productivity.
- This position will require interacting heavily with our Graphics, Customer Service, Production, Maintenance
- Build a strong relationship with the operators and supervisors to help make better use of new and existing technologies to achieve better efficiencies and communication.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows support?, * Excellent Technical skills, verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal departments.
- Must have IT Technical Support experience, EFI Radius a plus.
- Should have a minimum of five years of appropriate experience.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Manufacturing/Industrial IT background.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Must be able to travel on any given day between the three facilities which are located about 20 miles apart.
