As a Scrum Master, you will lead multiple Scrum teams and serve as a champion of Agile practices across the organization. You'll facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, coach teams toward self-organization, and help build a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do

Lead multiple Scrum teams using Agile methodologies in sprint or Kanban environments

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies - daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives

Coach teams and the broader organization on Scrum practices, fostering a culture of real value delivery

Support Product Owners with backlog management, scope, stakeholder requests, and priority setting

Build and maintain reports for velocity, burndown, capacity, and project planning to provide ongoing insights

Drive story point estimation, roadmap adjustments, quarterly planning, and cross-functional collaboration

Resolve conflicts, remove impediments, and reduce context switching to accelerate team performance

Provide support within planning and reporting tools such as Jira
Requirements

Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Product Owner role within a software development environment

Hands-on experience with Jira

Proven experience coaching teams new to Agile and Scrum

Deep knowledge of Scrum elements and artifacts - user stories, sprints, kanban boards, backlog refinement, velocity, definition of done, and more
