Job description

  • Configure and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Manage user accounts, provisioning, licenses, and security policies in Microsoft Entra ID, deprovisioning and the M365 Admin Center
  • Configure and enforce security policies including MFA, Conditional Access, and compliance settings to ensure proper governance and data protection in-line with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide remote and onsite support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and application issues.
  • Support users in Active Directory domain environments.
  • Create and manage Microsoft 365 user accounts and mailboxes.
  • Manage email security settings including spam filtering, anti-phishing policies, quarantine management, and mail flow troubleshooting.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding users.
  • Perform workstation deployments, upgrades, and data migrations.
  • Configure and troubleshoot VPN connectivity.
  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and Office applications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow company procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Applicants must be U.S. citizens and able to pass a background check, social media review, security clearance check, drug screening, and must possess a valid California driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation., The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable supporting multiple clients in a fast-paced MSP environment. They should possess strong communication skills, take ownership of issues, and be capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism., * Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on IT support experience in a professional environment.

  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration
  • Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration
  • Exchange Online administration
  • MFA setup and troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Defender for Office 365 fundamentals
  • Email security concepts including spam filtering, phishing protection, and quarantine management
  • Microsoft Outlook troubleshooting
  • VPN connectivity and remote support tools
  • Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
  • Experience joining PCs to domains and migrating user profiles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multiple Microsoft 365 tenants in an MSP environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
  • Experience with endpoint security products.
  • Experience with RMM tools and remote support software.
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) or related Microsoft certifications.
  • Experience with SonicWall firewalls and VPNs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with backup solutions and cybersecurity best practices.
