Job description
We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Developer to design, build, and support business solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online and the Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate). This role will partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to modernize collaboration, automate processes, and deliver user-friendly applications that improve day-to-day operations.
Primary Responsibilities

Build and enhance modern SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, and information architecture.

Develop Canvas Apps to support business workflows and operational needs.

Create automated workflows, approvals, notifications, and integrations to streamline business processes.

Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, and other enterprise data sources (as needed) using APIs/connectors.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, propose options, and convert requirements into practical technical designs.

Support, troubleshoot, and continuously improve

Provide production support for solutions you build, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and enhance usability.

Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and basic training materials for solutions delivered.

Follow best practices for security, compliance, solution lifecycle management, and environment governance (including Dev/Test/Prod considerations).
Requirements
- Hands-on development experience with:
o SharePoint Online (modern sites, lists/libraries, permissions, UX patterns)
o Power Apps (Canvas Apps required; Model-driven Apps a plus)
o Power Automate (workflow automation, approvals, notifications)

Experience working with business stakeholders to deliver solutions end-to-end.

Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to support and improve solutions in production.

Strong communication skills and comfort translating between technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills

SharePoint Framework (SPFx), custom web parts, or modern SharePoint extensibility experience.

Experience with Dataverse, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), and custom connectors.

Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, Teams integration, or broader M365 developer patterns.

Power BI exposure (helpful, not required).

Relevant certifications (optional): PL-400 Power Platform Developer is a plus.
