Dilato AI, Cloud & Software Services Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Director of Software Testing Services to lead our quality assurance, software testing, and quality engineering functions. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee testing strategy, drive software quality excellence, and support the successful delivery of innovative AI, cloud, and enterprise technology solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide software testing and quality assurance strategies
- Lead quality engineering, test automation, performance testing, and software validation initiatives
- Establish testing standards, methodologies, and best practices across multiple projects and teams
- Oversee software quality throughout the development lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering, product, cloud, AI, and business teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved
- Manage testing operations, resource planning, budgets, and performance metrics
- Evaluate and implement modern testing tools, automation frameworks, and quality technologies
- Monitor software quality indicators and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing quality assurance and testing teams
Requirements
Do you have experience in Test automation?, * Experience in software testing, quality assurance, quality engineering, software development, or technology leadership roles
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, quality management, and test automation practices
- Experience leading testing teams and large-scale technology initiatives
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and modern software delivery environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams
- Relevant certifications or industry experience are advantageous but not essential
