Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong background in Java application development, along with hands-on experience in Scala or Python, modern data engineering technologies, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building scalable enterprise applications, developing ETL pipelines, and working with large-scale data platforms using Snowflake or Teradata., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java.

  • Develop data processing solutions using Scala or Python.
  • Build and optimize distributed data processing applications using Apache Spark.
  • Design and develop ETL/data pipelines using Apache Airflow.
  • Work with Snowflake or Teradata to build and optimize enterprise data solutions.
  • Utilize Databricks for large-scale data engineering and analytics.
  • Develop high-performance SQL queries and data transformation processes.
  • Deploy and support applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support production applications.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java.
  • Experience with Scala or Python.
  • Strong SQL programming skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Spark.
  • Experience with Snowflake or Teradata.
  • Experience building ETL/data pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow.
  • Experience with Databricks.
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Power BI reporting experience.
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Exposure to Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Agentic AI.
  • Banking or Financial Services domain experience is preferred., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
