Job description
· Product Design and Development:
- Design, build, and maintain Audiebant's software products across the full stack.
- Develop new features from concept through design, implementation, and release.
- Enhance and evolve existing Audiebant products, improving performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and propose well-reasoned, scalable solutions.
· Quality and Secure Engineering:
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code that follows Audiebant's coding standards and SDLC.
- Apply secure-by-design principles in line with Audiebant's ISO 27001 commitments.
- Participate actively in peer code review, both giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Maintain automated test coverage and uphold the team's definition of done.
· Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with Product, QA, and Customer Success to deliver the right outcomes.
- Share knowledge across the team through pairing, technical discussion, and supporting colleagues' development.
· Documentation and Continuous Improvement:
- Maintain clear, current technical documentation and decision records.
- Contribute to improving team practices, tooling, and engineering standards.
Requirements
Do you have experience in PHP?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Strong front-end development experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Solid experience designing and working with MySQL databases.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful and WebSocket APIs.
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
- Experience writing automated tests across the stack (unit and integration), using frameworks such as Pest, PHPUnit and Playwright.
- Experience with Docker and containerisation.
- Ability to write clean, high-quality, well-tested, maintainable, and high-performance code.
- Solid knowledge of web security practices and implementation.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities.
Desirable Attributes:
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and scaling.
- Familiarity with asynchronous and event-driven patterns, such as message brokers, Redis and job queues.
- Exposure to integrating AI/ML capabilities, such as building MCP servers or working with LLM APIs.
- Experience working in Linux environments, including Bash scripting.
- Experience with Go or C# for integrated systems development.
