SAP Finance Analyst

• Perform master data cleanup and validation, including profit centers, cost centers, and data structures
• Support migration from current SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA
• Map and document finance workflows and business processes
• Analyze existing financial data structures and reporting flows
• Partner with FP&A, revenue accounting, and cross-functional teams
• Execute financial reporting activities, including P&L reporting and variance analysis
• Build, maintain, and modify reports and dashboards using Power BI

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, * 8-10 years of related financial systems or SAP analyst experience

• Strong SAP experience, including ERP data structures and master data management
• Experience with financial reporting, P&L analysis, and cost variance analysis
• Understanding of core finance concepts, including gross margin
• Ability to interpret report design and underlying data structures
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Finance background or experience supporting finance organizations
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
• Experience supporting complex system transformation initiatives
• Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, on-site environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA migration projects
• Power BI dashboard development experience
• Finance transformation and ERP migration experience
• Knowledge of financial data flows and reporting systems
• Exposure to TM1/SACP transitions is a plus, * Financial analysis: 8 years (Required)
• SAP: 2 years (Required)
