Job description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects, including SaaS implementations, system integrations, and business process modernization
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, status meetings, and decision forums
- Coordinate governance, audit, and compliance documentation.
- Track actions, decisions, and risks for transparency.
- Support change management via communication, training, and user readiness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience managing projects across the full delivery lifecycle
- Experience with ERP platforms, SaaS applications, and system integrations
- Familiarity with audit- or control-driven environments
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
- Effective team player with strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Project management certification preferred
