Execute ongoing operations tasks with high ownership and accountability. Execution of wealth delivery processes in accordance with documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Identify operational inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure accurate and timely resolution of participant and plan administration issues.

The colleague will support day-to-day client operations, resolves participant and processing issues within defined guidelines, and escalates exceptions or risks as appropriate

Deliver work in line with client SLAs and quality standards.

Actively collaborate with Cross functional and cross shore teams to meet client requirements.

Contribute effectively to daily huddles, status meetings, and stakeholder discussions., The Solutions Delivery Analyst is responsible for executing ongoing operational tasks while continuously identifying opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardize processes. The role involves performing manual and complex benefit administration activities that require strong plan knowledge, analysis, and interpretation, with a constant focus on improving efficiency and quality.
The incumbent works closely with the Benefits Operations Manager and client teams to identify process gaps, delays, and quality issues, and to recommend effective solutions. The role includes resolving participant and plan administration issues, managing workflows, handling complex ongoing tasks, and supporting multiple clients as required.
The Solutions Delivery Analyst is also responsible for creating and maintaining robust documentation and SOPs, supporting transitions between Operations and Shared Services, and delivering client specific operational training. Proactive coaching, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across shores are critical to ensuring consistent service delivery and adherence to SOPs.
Operations Processing & Execution

Ensure all processing is completed according to documented client requirements and quality standards

Document work completed and provide daily updates in assigned task management tools (e.g., Jira)
Quality & Compliance

Support quality checks and remediation efforts

Ensure all actions are properly documented to support audit and governance needs

Participate in corrective actions and improvement initiatives resulting from issue identification
Continuous Improvement

Provide inputs and recommendations for process improvements based on recurring issues or inefficiencies

Maintain awareness of process changes and ensure timely adoption once changes go live
Stakeholder Collaboration

Proactive communication on situations, risks, and work status with internal team members

Respond to internal requests for information or clarification in a timely and professional manner

Active participation in team huddles
Requirements
-
Strong understanding of US Pension / 401k domain, client plan provisions, processing guidelines, and SLA metrics.

Accountability and ownership

Ability to perform complex benefit processes and calculations requiring analysis and interpretation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for researching and resolving complex benefits issues.

Good written and verbal communication skills are important.

Ability to document workflows and processes clearly and concisely.

Process documentation & SOP creation, + Graduate
Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in US Pension / 401k benefits administration
-
Prior experience with Alight / Wipro (Alight account) is an added advantage
