In this role, you will serve as the integration architect for Trimble's ERP landscape. You will have the unique opportunity to design and optimize end-to-end cloud and hybrid architectures connecting Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, and diverse third-party applications, making a direct impact on our global operations and technical evolution.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
OIC Development & Design
- Architect & Build: Design and optimize end-to-end integrations using the full OIC suite, including Integrations, Orchestration, Visual Builder (VBCS), and Process Automation.
- Adapter Management: Configure and support diverse OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, DB, ERP Cloud, Salesforce, Workday, etc.).
- Data Transformation: Create complex mappings and logic using XSLT, JSON, XML, and JavaScript.
- API Management: Develop and govern REST APIs and event-based integrations within the Oracle PaaS ecosystem.
- Core products: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle Process Cloud (PCS), and Oracle 19c Database, Oracle EBS 12.2.
Technical Delivery & Leadership
- Lifecycle Management: Lead the integration lifecycle from initial requirements gathering through deployment and hypercare.
- Best Practices: Implement standardized patterns for error handling, logging, reusability, and high-performance throughput.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive integration catalogs, API libraries, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Support & Operations
- Issue Resolution: Perform root-cause analysis for integration failures and performance bottlenecks.
- Platform Liaison: Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and collaborate with Oracle Support for platform-level maintenance.
- System Health: Proactively monitor and optimize integration run times and data flow integrity.
Collaboration & Governance
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with IT, Finance, Commerce, SCM, and Security teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
- Compliance: Ensure all integrations adhere to enterprise security standards, data privacy laws, and corporate governance.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering field.
- OCI Architect Associate or Professional certification
- Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, automation, and platform operations
- Strong hands-on cloud engineering and infrastructure experience
Core Experience:
- 10+ years in professional integration development.
- 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- 3+ years experience with Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL processes
Technical Mastery:
- Proven expertise with OIC Connectivity Agents, Scheduled Orchestrations, and SaaS/On-prem adapters.
- Deep proficiency in SQL, XSLT, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and OAuth security protocols.
- In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware products.
- Proficient in APEX (Application Express) and ODI (Oracle Data Integrator).
- Strong background in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
- Deep understanding of OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) core services.
- Proficient in using REST APIs for system integration.
- Strong understanding of open-source technologies and cloud services.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Direct experience integrating between Oracle Fusion, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Oracle CPQ, and Oracle E-Business Suite.
Bonus Points For:
- Advanced Tools: Experience with Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) and Oracle SOA Suite.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
Hiring Range $115,600.00-$158,900.00
