Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports, and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain and update vendor files, including contact information, payment terms, and tax documentation.

Prepare and distribute customer statements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Receive, review, and process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date., Work is primarily conducted in-office at the newly established location in Anoka, MN, with a possibility of working one day from home after training. The work schedule is flexible, requiring eight hours per day with early shift options available. The team is very collaborative, working in a pod setup, and consists of four members on the AP team, with over 20 in the shared services department. The role primarily utilizes Oracle and may involve potential system changes in the future. Requirements

3+ years of B2B Collections experience.

Proficiency in accounts receivable, credit analysis, and collections.

Experience with reconciliation and customer service.

Ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively within a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in the industry is a plus.

Familiarity with Oracle and basic Excel functions like reading reports.

Curiosity and a proactive approach to understanding the 'why' behind tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.84/hr.
