Job description
- Deliver full lifecycle ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) activities for maritime systems
- Produce ILS plans, LSAR data, supportability analysis, and technical documentation
- Support bid responses including Basis of Estimate (BoE), Statements of Work (SoW), and risk analysis
- Apply Defence Standards (DEF STAN 00-600, 00-40 series) and Defence Logistics Framework (DLF)
- Conduct FMECA, AR&M, maintainability and reliability analysis
- Manage and update logistics data, spares provisioning, and maintenance strategies
- Collaborate with engineering, training, and technical publications teams
- Support Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and in-service support solutions
- Respond to customer queries and technical investigations
- Experience within defence, maritime, or complex systems engineering environments

Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, This role is based on-site in the Portsmouth area. Applicants must live within commuting distance, have the right to work in the UK, eligible for UK Security Clearance and have a relevant experience in ILS / Supportability Engineering (ideally minimum 5 years'), o FMECA / Reliability / Maintainability (AR&M) o LSA / LSAR / logistics data systems o Technical documentation and support solutions o Configuration management (ILS discipline)
Desirable
- Knowledge of NATO codification, obsolescence management, DRACAS
- Experience with modelling tools and defence frameworks
- Experience supporting Royal Navy or MOD programmes
