Systems Administrator/Desktop Engineer

• Manage full device lifecycle, including deployment, security, maintenance, and operational support
• Provide end-user and system support across hardware, applications, and devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across network, server, cloud, and application environments
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions aligned to business and clinical needs
• Develop technical documentation, training materials, and support procedures

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering within enterprise Microsoft environments (healthcare preferred)
• Strong experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM and/or Intune, Enterprise networking (wired/wireless)
• PowerShell experience preferred
• Knowledge of device technologies, troubleshooting, and endpoint management
