Job description

Action Packaging is seeking a NetSuite Systems Analyst to support and enhance our growing NetSuite ERP environment. This role will serve as the primary day-to-day administrator of NetSuite while partnering closely with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, and Technology.

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the NetSuite Administrator will support ERP initiatives through system administration, user support, process automation, reporting, data management, and continuous improvement efforts. This position will play a key role in supporting acquisitions, business process improvements, and ERP optimization as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary administrator and internal subject matter expert for the NetSuite ERP platform

· Manage system configuration, user roles, permissions, workflows, forms, records, and overall platform performance

· Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, saved searches, reports, and operational/financial reporting to support business decision-making

· Partner with business leaders to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement automation and workflow enhancements

· Design, test, and deploy NetSuite configurations, approvals, controls, integrations, and system enhancements

· Ensure data integrity through master data management, audits, data cleanup initiatives, and adherence to ERP governance standards

· Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, integrations, process standardization, and business transformation projects

· Troubleshoot system issues, provide end-user support, and promote NetSuite best practices across the organization

· Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials, and conduct user onboarding and training sessions

· Evaluate new NetSuite functionality, third-party applications, and opportunities to improve scalability and operational efficiency

Requirements

Do you have experience in Performance dashboard reports?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, · 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience

· Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes

· Experience creating saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and documentation abilities

· Experience supporting users across multiple business functions

Desired Skills and Experience

· NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.

· Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, packaging, wholesale, or eCommerce environments.

· Proficiency with NetSuite administration, including SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, data imports, CSV uploads, and data migration projects; SuiteScript experience is a plus.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

· Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., * High school or equivalent (Required)
