- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to VMware virtualization environments, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Perform routine inspections of physical assets including racks, cabling, and power supplies to ensure safety and operational efficiency
- Support deployment of IT infrastructure using scripting languages like Bash (Unix shell), Python, and Shell Scripting for automation tasks
- Assist with network security measures including VPN setup, firewall configurations, and API integrations to safeguard data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams utilizing Agile methodologies to implement system updates following SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices

Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Strong knowledge of VMware virtualization technology and experience managing virtualized environments
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage systems, networking hardware, and power management
- Familiarity with operating systems including Windows Server, Linux distributions, UNIX systems, and their respective management tools
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure for deploying and managing cloud-based resources
- Ability to develop scripts using Bash (Unix shell), Python, or Shell Scripting to automate routine tasks
- Understanding of APIs for system integration and data exchange between different platforms
- Knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server) for data management and troubleshooting
- Experience working within DevOps practices to streamline deployment cycles using tools like Jenkins or similar CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quick resolution of hardware or software issues in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across various technical disciplines
