Windows Server Automation Engineer - Hybrid

This senior role is responsible for developing a next-generation, highly automated server-build environment, leveraging HashiCorp Packer and CI/CD pipelines to automate image creation and deployment. The ideal candidate will use their deep expertise in Windows Server OS, Ansible-driven configuration management, extensive PowerShell development, and modern DevOps tooling to gather requirements, design and test new service offerings, and transition them to operational support., * Develop a next-generation, highly automated server-build environment

• Leverage HashiCorp Packer and CI/CD pipelines to automate image creation and deployment
• Gather requirements, design, and test new service offerings
• Document solutions and transition them to operational support

• Deep expertise in Windows Server OS components (2022/2025) and Windows server automation
• Experience with Ansible-driven configuration management
• Extensive PowerShell development experience
• Proficiency with modern DevOps tooling such as GIT, JIRA, and agile delivery frameworks
• Experience with the following technologies: RedHat Linux, HashiCorp Packer, Chocolatey, NuGet, Artifactory, and Microsoft Azure
• Strong proficiency with JSON-based web services

Desired skills:

• Automation for large-scale cloud deployments
• VMware vRealize
• Linux scripting (bash/python)
• API development with tools like Swagger WebAPI
• Terraform
