Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales?, We're looking for someone enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable, but confident enforcing rules and protecting project scope to join us in our Crawley office as we continue to grow our client-base and build our talented team., To be right for this role you'll have the following attributes:
- 3+ years of similar Project Management experience (if you have less we may consider you on a lower starting salary).
- Ideally some knowledge of the web industry - HTML, basic coding, SEO etc.
- Very organised with projects, tasks, and deadlines.
- Positive and enthusiastic.
- Good at motivating people.
- Proactive.
- Fully owns delivery, timelines, and client communications.
- Actively maximises developer billable time (target 75-85%).
- Prevents scope creep; enforces change control on all extras.
- Comfortable with conflict (clients + devs) to protect profit.
- Understands business processes.
- Able to say no to demanding client where appropriate.
- Able to be strict with rules for clients and developers.
- Good at keeping track of lots of different projects.
- Good at keeping projects to deadlines and budget.
- Knows when to use the carrot and when to use the stick.
- Very strong focus on profit goals and billing targets.
- You must be based within 1 hour of the office.
- You must be able to work 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- You must have Indefinite Leave To Remain (ILTR) in the UK.
Nice to Have but Not Essential
- Would consider starting on a trial basis to ensure all is a good fit.
- Experience in web and/or ecommerce.
- Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2.
- Sales experience and/or marketing experience.
