Job description

As Enterprise Application Specialist, IABO I, you will help keep Lyon College's core enterprise systems stable, secure, and well-supported for campus operations. This onsite, full-time role focuses on reliable application administration, timely issue resolution, and careful coordination with campus partners., * Configure, maintain, and monitor assigned enterprise applications and integrations

  • Troubleshoot incidents, manage tickets, and document resolutions and procedures
  • Support user access, roles, and data integrity while following security practices
  • Coordinate testing, upgrades, patches, and vendor-supported changes
  • Produce operational reports and assist with audits and compliance requests, Your day begins on campus by reviewing overnight alerts, open service requests, and any scheduled maintenance windows. You'll align priorities with stakeholders, then move between focused work-such as validating data flows or reviewing logs-and short check-ins to confirm timelines for planned changes. Midday often includes writing clear notes for knowledge articles and updating status for requests that impact multiple departments. Later, you'll verify outcomes from completed updates, confirm that access changes are recorded correctly, and prepare concise summaries for the next business day so support remains consistent and traceable.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical writing?, * Experience supporting enterprise applications in an IT or administrative systems setting

  • Working knowledge of databases, reporting, and system interfaces (APIs/integrations)
  • Strong documentation, communication, and customer-service skills
  • Ability to prioritize work, follow change control, and collaborate across teams
