Workday Recruiting & Core HCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting and Core HCM Consultant with proven expertise in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Workday Recruiting and Core Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess active Workday certifications, multiple end-to-end Workday implementation experiences, and deep functional knowledge of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, business processes, organizational structures, and employee lifecycle management. The consultant will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and business stakeholders to drive process improvements, optimize Workday functionality, and deliver scalable global solutions., Workday Recruiting

Lead design and configuration of Workday Recruiting. Configure: o Job Requisitions o Employee Agreement / Security Agreements in offers o Candidate Workflows o Career Sites o Recruiting Business Processes o Interview Scheduling o Evaluation Templates o Offer Management o Agency Management o Candidate Pools Optimize recruiting workflows to improve recruiter and hiring manager experience. Configure and maintain recruiting security and role-based access. Support candidate lifecycle management from requisition creation through hire. Design recruiting reports and dashboards. Analyze recruiting process gaps and recommend best-practice solutions. Support recruiting-related integrations and third-party vendor solutions.

Workday Core HCM

Configure and maintain: o Supervisory Organizations o Staffing Models o Job Profiles o Positions o Locations o Organizations o Worker Data o Business Processes Support workforce lifecycle events: o Hire o Onboarding o Promotions o Security agreements in Change job o Transfers o Terminations o Contingent Worker Management Partner with HR and HR Operations teams to ensure data quality and governance. Configure localization requirements and country-specific functionality. Support organization changes and workforce restructuring initiatives.

Solution Design & Implementation Conduct discovery workshops and business process reviews. Gather and document business requirements. Create: o Functional Design Documents (FDDs) o Configuration Workbooks o Test Scripts o Training Materials Lead configuration and tenant build activities. Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Active Workday Recruiting Certification Active Workday Core HCM Certification 5+ years of Workday functional consulting experience Participation in 3 or more full lifecycle Workday implementations Experience with global Workday deployments Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, reporting, and integrations Proven experience leading client workshops, design sessions, testing, and deployments Bachelor s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
