Job description
The Senior Analyst, Finance & Operations Systems will support PEM-AIR's financial reporting, forecasting, bank compliance, and operational systems initiatives. This role serves as a key bridge between Finance, Operations, and the shop floor, helping translate business activity into accurate reporting, actionable analysis, and effective system integration. The position will play an important role in standing up Ramco, improving operational data flows, supporting compliance requirements, and developing reporting tools that improve visibility across the organization., * Prepare, analyze, and distribute recurring financial reporting packages, including actual results, variance analysis, key operating metrics, and management commentary.
- Develop and maintain forecasts, financial models, and scenario analyses to support planning, cash flow visibility, operational decision-making, and executive reporting.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc bank compliance calculations, including covenant support schedules, borrowing base analysis, financial ratio tracking, and supporting documentation.
- Partner with Accounting and Finance leadership to reconcile financial and operational data, investigate variances, validate source information, and strengthen reporting controls.
- Serve as a finance and operations interface for Ramco implementation activities, including data validation, process mapping, user testing, reporting requirements, and issue resolution.
- Work directly with shop floor leaders and operational teams to understand workflow, capture system requirements, improve transaction accuracy, and support adoption of integrated processes.
- Assist in system integration efforts by helping align operational activity, inventory movement, work orders, labor capture, job costing, billing support, and compliance documentation within Ramco and related reporting tools.
- Create and enhance dashboards, standard reports, and ad hoc analysis using Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, and other business intelligence tools.
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support standardized procedures that improve data integrity, compliance, efficiency, and management visibility.
- Support operational compliance by assisting with documentation, audit support, control monitoring, and follow-up on data or process exceptions.
- Prepare presentations and clear business narratives for management and executives, translating financial and operational information into actionable insights.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Excel data analysis?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field required; advanced coursework or certifications preferred.
- Three to seven years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, accounting, operations analysis, ERP implementation support, or a related analytical role.
- Prior public accounting or Big 4 audit experience is a plus and may provide a strong path into the role, but it is not required.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, forecasting, working capital, cash flow drivers, and financial compliance calculations.
- Advanced experience using or supporting ERP systems, system implementations, data validation, report development, or operational process integration preferred; Ramco experience is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI, SQL, Smartsheet, Access, or other business intelligence and data management tools preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT, and shop floor personnel in a fast-paced aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul environment.

Job Type: Full-time, * This position is 100% on-site. Would you be willing to relocate (or commute daily) to Brooksville, FL?
