Job description
The Nuvolo Developer and System Administrator will design, develop, and maintain asset lifecycle, space & workplace, and facilities management solutions, enhancements and maintain the Nuvolo platform. This dual-role position involves both backend development and platform administration to ensure the system remains scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational needs., Please note: This position is part of a proposal effort and will be filled only upon contract award.

Build, configure, customize, and develop applications within the Nuvolo Connected Workplace platform.

Design and implement workflow automation and business logic using ServiceNow components including Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.

Architect and manage integrations between Nuvolo and third-party tools via REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and Import Sets.

Maintain and administer Nuvolo applications, modules, and Update Sets.

Collaborate with stakeholders, key users, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, support core modules (ITSM, HRSD, CMDB), and translate demands into scalable workflows.

Implement system enhancements, integrations, and new applications based on business requirements.

Perform regular system audits, platform upgrades, and patching activities.

Create and maintain documentation for technical architecture, system configurations, and user guides.

Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Manage user roles, access control, and platform security configurations
Requirements

4+ years of combined development and system administration experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem, including a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on technical configuration specifically within Nuvolo Connected Workplace.

High proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS and database management.

Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow configurations, including Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Data Policies.

Solid experience implementing REST/SOAP APIs, web services, data mapping, and transform maps.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) designation.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical designs.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or official Nuvolo platform training certificates, preferred.

Experience working with adjacent ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, or SecOps, preferred.

Experience working in enterprise environments utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing code via Update Sets or CI/CD pipelines, preferred., Capital i considers applicants who are U.S. lawful permanent residents, eligible employment-based green card portability candidates (with a Form I-485 filed at least 180 days prior for a same or similar role), and individuals with valid F-1 or J-1 employment authorization for temporary positions only.
