Tuesday 18:00 to 06:00, The Network Operations Analyst (NOC Analyst I) serves as the first point of contact for network health monitoring, surveillance, and incident management. This role is responsible for proactively monitoring enterprise network infrastructure, responding to alerts, performing incident triage, escalating critical issues, and ensuring SLA compliance in a 24x7 Network Operations Center., * Monitor network infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools and respond to alarms and incidents.

  • Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, escalation, and follow-up to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Prioritize alarms and incidents to meet SLA commitments.
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate incident tickets and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Management teams during network incidents.
  • Escalate critical issues to senior engineers, shift leads, or management as required.
  • Provide timely technical updates and status reports to internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Track incidents to ensure SLA and availability targets are achieved.
  • Monitor network events and proactively identify potential service disruptions.
  • Participate in shift handovers and maintain detailed operational documentation.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support operational projects and participate in continuous learning and career development initiatives.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, * Minimum 2+ years of Network Operations Center (NOC), Network Surveillance, or related IT Operations experience.

  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Subnetting, and the OSI Model.
  • Experience with network monitoring and event management tools.
  • Knowledge of incident management, ticketing systems, and SLA-driven environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
  • High attention to detail with accurate incident documentation.
  • Comfortable working rotating night shifts in a 24x7 operations environment., * Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based incident management processes.
  • Previous experience in utility, energy, or other regulated environments.
  • NERC/CIP compliance knowledge or eligibility to obtain clearance.
