Network and Computer Systems Administrators

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Network and Computer Systems Administrators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Monitor enterprise applications and IT infrastructure using application performance monitoring and operations monitoring tools.
2. Develop automation scripts, perform production monitoring, and support batch automation processes to improve system reliability.
3. Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and business teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and performance issues.
4. Support cloud-based environments, maintain monitoring solutions, and contribute to continuous process improvements and operational excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

Experience in application performance monitoring, IT infrastructure monitoring, .NET application architecture, cloud technologies, scripting, and enterprise operations support.

Technical Skills

Dynatrace, System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), .NET Framework, SQL, PowerShell, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Batch Automation & Operations Monitoring

Business / Domain Skills

Application Performance Monitoring, Production Support, SLA Management, Problem Solving, Stakeholder Collaboration, Operational Excellence

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Dynatrace and other enterprise application performance monitoring tools.
2. Knowledge of Azure, AWS, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
