IT Support Technician

We are seeking a candidate for Coatesville, PA location that has basic IT hardware and software skills, including installation and configuration. Functional troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle help desk requests. Experience with account management, software installations, and system permissions. Ability to train employees on IT best practices and security awareness. Familiarity with Office 365 applications. Excellent documentation skills and the knowledge base to suggest workflow improvements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and end-users. Lastly, strong acumen to follow directions and complete tasks assigned by senior IT staff., * Handle help desk requests, provide troubleshooting, and offer end-user support.

• Install and configure hardware, including PCs, printers, and mobile devices.
• Provide basic administration support for Office 365 environment.
• Assist in supporting Windows servers and desktops.
• Assist with account management, software installations, and system permissions.
• Document recurring issues and suggest improvements to IT workflows.
• Perform tasks and projects as directed by senior roles within the IT department.

• One year of experience
• U.S. Citizen
• Onsite in Coatesville, PA with occasional travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college course work and/or certifications

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in hangars, test facilities, and outdoor flight-test environments
• Ability to climb ladders and access confined areas
• Manual dexterity for precision mechanical work

Work Environment

• Aircraft hangar
• Exposure to loud noise, aviation fuels, lubricants, and moving mechanical systems
