Job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse & IT Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for students seeking practical experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and IT systems.

The successful candidate will support daily warehouse activities while helping maintain accurate inventory records and SKU management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize warehouse inventory.
  • Create, update, and maintain SKU records.
  • Track stock movements and inventory levels.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
  • Perform inventory audits and stock reconciliations.
  • Update warehouse databases, spreadsheets, and management systems.
  • Support basic IT-related tasks and troubleshooting when required.
  • Ensure warehouse operations remain organized, efficient, and accurate.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in college or university (preferred).
  • Good understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.
  • Basic IT skills and proficiency with computers.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
