Systems Engineer

• Provide exceptional support to telephone, in-person and online end-users.
• Install, configure and support various types of hardware including desktops, laptops, monitors, phones, peripherals and printers.
• Install and configure software packages and provide first line support of those packages.
• Document processes and maintain accurate IT records.
• Receive and respond to users requests for software support and hardware support.
• Maintain, install and support server systems. These include physical and virtualized systems.
• Maintain, install and support network infrastructure including network switches and firewall devices.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Robust attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills
• Reliable transportation and driver's license.
• Must pass background check.

Preferred Education and Experience :

• Have obtained or working towards Associate's or Bachelor's degree in technical field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT /IS
• Microsoft operating systems and software support
• User and group administration and Active Directory experience
• Firewall and Network Security best practices
• Office 365 and Exchange Administration experience
• Hyper-V and/or VSphere/ ESXi experience, * IT Support: 2 years (Required)
