Job description

Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of in-line camera systems, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement through advanced technology. Will also support the Lithography Department in new product evaluation, implementing best practices, and maintaining day coders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. This list is not all-inclusive and may include other duties as necessary.

· Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of plant-wide camera/vision systems.

· Troubleshoot, order parts, and oversee repairs for camera equipment/vision systems.

· Ensure equipment calibration aligns with internal specifications and quality standards.

· Handle Request for Quote's (RFQ), track purchase orders, and inspect incoming parts relating to cameras/vision systems, day coders, and new materials in the lithography department.

· Communicate with suppliers and support defect troubleshooting during production.

· Document trials, maintain production records, and communicate the progress.

· Train crews on process and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) changes to meet customer requirements.

· Collaborate with the Quality Manager to address Internal Corrective Action findings.

· Lead specific projects and support the Lithography Department with new product evaluation, best practices, and ensuring proper maintenance of day coders.

· On-call to support production when specific products are produced.

· Project management skills with the ability to work in and lead as needed.

· Performing other duties, assignments, and projects as required

COMPUTER SKILLS

To successfully perform the duties of this job, an individual must be able to understand Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and/or graphics. These may include Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Solidworks.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

A bachelor's degree in engineering and more than three years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, is required. Vision systems preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. You must be able to wear safety glasses, earplugs, and PPE.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and use hands or feet. The employee is required to sit, twist/turn, stoop/bend, squat, and perform overhead work.
