Job description
You'll divide your time between our headquarters in Mechelen, remote customer support and travelling to customer sites across Europe and more!, * Provide technical support for advanced industrial automation systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, software and hardware integration issues.
- Diagnose technical problems by recreating customer environments in our technical lab.
- Support installations, commissioning and troubleshooting at customer sites throughout Europe.
- Perform system testing, diagnostics and validation.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical training.
- Support new product launches and innovative automation projects.

You'll start with an intensive 4 to 8-week training programme at our international headquarters, giving you all the technical knowledge and hands-on experience needed to become a specialist., We're looking for curious and ambitious engineers who enjoy learning new technologies and solving technical challenges.
You have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any technical engineering discipline).
- Up to 2 years of work experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- An interest in industrial automation, electronics, industrial systems or high-tech equipment.
- Basic knowledge of programming, PLCs or industrial communication is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- A valid driver's licence.
- The legal right to work in Belgium (visa sponsorship is unfortunately not available).
