Job description

As an HRIS Analyst, you will support and enhance Workday systems across multiple core modules including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and Learning. This role focuses on maintaining system configurations, resolving technical issues, and ensuring data accuracy and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes, improve user experience, and support continuous system improvements in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Schedule / Shift

  • Shift details: Day shift
  • Hours per week: 40
  • Contract length (if applicable): Direct Hire

Key Duties:

  • Support Workday modules by managing configurations, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user support tickets
  • Maintain and monitor integrations, perform system testing, and support Workday releases and enhancements
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and EIBs to support HR operations and compliance needs
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams to improve processes and optimize system functionality
  • Support initiatives such as Open Enrollment, reporting requirements, system migrations, and end-user training

Requirements

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience

Licenses & Certifications

  • Additional certifications (if applicable): Workday Pro certification preferred

Skills:

  • Strong Workday experience across HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, and Time Tracking modules
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and system troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities across diverse teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
