Job description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects. This role is responsible for overseeing all electrical installation activities from mobilization through commissioning, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical construction, experience leading field teams, and a proven track record on mission-critical or data center projects., * Lead all on-site electrical construction activities from project start through commissioning and turnover.
- Supervise electricians, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Develop and manage short-term work plans, manpower schedules, and project look-ahead plans.
- Enforce OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and site-specific safety requirements.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and BIM coordination documents.
- Coordinate daily with project managers, engineers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor productivity, manpower, and project progress while identifying and resolving field issues.
- Conduct daily huddles, toolbox talks, and weekly coordination meetings.
- Support QA/QC inspections, testing, startup, and commissioning activities.
- Manage material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower logs, and progress documentation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical or construction-related degree preferred.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
- 8-12 years of electrical construction experience.
- 1-3+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or Lead Supervisor.
- Previous experience on data center or mission-critical projects strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of critical power systems, redundancy (N, N+1, 2N), and electrical distribution.
- Experience with construction scheduling, sequencing, startup, and commissioning.
- Ability to read electrical blueprints, specifications, and BIM drawings.
- OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain).
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
