Job description
Integral 365 is growing fast, and we're looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our team in Knaresborough. You'll be providing technical support to clients across Yorkshire and internationally, so you'll need to be adaptable, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, varied environment., * Provide 2nd line technical support, resolving escalated tickets from 1st line and working directly with clients to troubleshoot and fix issues
- Support a diverse client base spanning Yorkshire and global locations, so you'll need flexibility around different time zones and working styles
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues
- Manage and troubleshoot traditional networking environments, including DHCP, DNS, switching, routing, VPNs, and firewalls
- Support and maintain on-premise and virtual server environments
- Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, including device management, conditional access, and identity/access administration
- Liaise with 2nd line/senior engineers on more complex problems
- Maintain accurate ticket records and documentation
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture
Requirements
- Proven 2nd line IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments and common business applications
- Solid, traditional networking knowledge - DHCP, DNS, switching, routing, and general server administration
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, including device enrolment, policy management, and identity administration
- Ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
- Great communication skills - comfortable dealing with clients directly
- A team player who thrives in an office-based, collaborative setting
