We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior HRIS Specialist to join ASSA ABLOY within the EMEIA Head Office team. Reporting to the Head of HR Operations EMEIA, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the HR technology landscape across the Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa region. You will provide HRIS guidance to the wider EMEIA team, ensuring systems, data, and processes run smoothly and consistently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, an effective communicator, and comfortable managing a diverse range of system-related tasks, queries, and improvement projects. The successful applicant will support the EMEIA region by maintaining, optimising, and governing the organisation's HR technology ecosystem, SAP SuccessFactors. This role ensures data accuracy, drives process consistency across countries, manages HRIS tickets, and be actively involved in testing and validating system change requests to ensure high-quality, reliable releases. You'll act as the bridge between HR, IT, and the business-translating operational needs into system solutions that improve HR efficiency, data accuracy and employee experience. Principal Responsibilities: SuccessFactors Administration & Optimisation

Maintain SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning) in line with global standards and regional requirements.

Participate in testing activities to validate functionality and support reliable deployments

Support release management: review quarterly updates, assess impact, test changes, and communicate enhancements.

Troubleshoot system issues, escalating to global HRIS when needed.

Ensure data integrity through audits and proactive monitoring.
Ticketing & HR Support

Manage and resolve HRIS-related tickets for EMEIA, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Identify recurring issues and propose system or process improvements to reduce ticket volume.

Provide guidance to HR teams on system functionality, workflows, and best practices.

Maintain knowledge articles and user guides to support HR and employee self-service.
Compliance, Reporting & Analytics

Produce scheduled and ad-hoc compliance reports for EMEIA (e.g., GDPR-aligned data extracts, audit logs, mandatory regulatory reporting).

Partner with HR and Legal to ensure data handling meets regional regulatory requirements.

Support internal and external audits by providing accurate system data and documentation.
Cross-Regional Collaboration

Work closely with global HRIS, and local HR, IT and Payroll teams to ensure alignment on processes and data standards.

Participate in global HR technology projects, representing EMEIA needs and constraints.
Requirements
Essential:

Desirable:

Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (administration or configuration level).

Hands-on experience with HR ticketing systems

Understanding of HR processes across multiple countries.

SuccessFactors certification(s) in relevant modules.

Experience supporting EMEIA or other multi-country regions.

Familiarity with HR data governance frameworks.
