Job description

Cook Inlet Counseling is looking for a detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll build relationships with clients through interviews and surveys, maintain accurate and confidential client data, and use data collected to create reports for grant funders, leadership, and the board of directors. If you enjoy organization, problem solving, and making an impact behind the scenes this is the perfect opportunity for you., · Collects data by conducting client interviews and satisfaction surveys.

· Responsible for the entry of data into web-based management information system.

· Establishes and maintains a system for tracking in a timely manner.

· Responsible for verifying data collected and making any corrections to existing data as needed to ensure

accuracy of the information being recorded and stored.

· Provides feedback on evaluation or minimum dataset questions, response choices, or software to other

program staff who record data to improve the validity and reliability of the data collected and/or stored.

· Assists Project Director and Evaluator with reports providing necessary data.

· Assists in outlining training needs or required written procedures that will improve the

quality of the data and practical/real time use.

· Responsible for maintaining physical files in filing system

· Adheres to confidentiality requirements of 42CFR, Part 2 and HIPPA regulations.

· Other duties as assigned by the Project Director.

Requirements

· Advanced computer and application skills including Excel, Access, and Microsoft Word.

· Strong analytical, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.

· Detail-oriented individual who can consistently meet deadlines and work well within a team

environment.

· Flexible, methodical, self-directed, and able to think of alternative routes to problem solve.

· Results-driven and passionate about what you do day to day., * High school or equivalent (Required)
