Solution Architect FI/CO

• Work with business stakeholders to define requirements and capture business needs within the Finance and Controlling Domains
• Partner closely with the Solution Architects and implement solutions within SAP FI/CO Domain
• Collaborate with the implementation partners and other project stakeholders for implementing the right SAP solutions within the FI and CO modules
• Present solutions and estimates to IT Leadership, Business Process Owner and Service Owners in order to gain approval or rejection for realization
• Support UAT in order to validate the solution towards the acceptance criteria
• Ensure adherence to IT processes as well as policies, principles and guidelines
• Work dedicated for Application Maintenance Support Incidents, Service requests and Feature requests under Change Management

• Master or Bachelor Degree in Business, Technology or Science
• Strong experience in SAP Consulting, also within SAP FI and CO modules
• Proficiency in documenting processes and solutions within the Finance and Controlling Domain
• Strong analytical and logical skills paired with the abilty to construct or modify business processes or working methodologies independently
• Ability to lead and coordinate offshore IT teams (functional consultants and developers), ensuring timely delivery, high-Quality and efficient solution execution
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal and comfortable with international work environments
• High goal orientation and determination to deliver business value
• Ability to analyze, drive, and implement change and continuous improvement initiatives, with a high level of adaptability in dynamic environments
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills coupled with self-confidence
