Requirements

6+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years of professional experience in applying GenAI and broader machine learning techniques;

Hands-on experience with Python and established GenAI frameworks/standards/workflows (e.g. LangChain);

Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team, and take ownership of your code and delivery, with the confidence to raise concerns early when you foresee blockers or challenges;
-
Pragmatic instinct for when speed matters most and when depth does, and the judgement to switch between them;
-
Hands-on experience with LLMOps practices: deploying LLM applications behind secure APIs, building evaluation and regression pipelines, prompt and version management, and production observability;

Experience with responsible AI practices such as PII filtering, hallucination and bias mitigation, and output guardrails;

Proven ability to play a senior role in projects and to provide guidance to juniors in the team;

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels. Nice-to-Have

Experience implementing knowledge graphs;

Familiarity with Azure stack: Azure Functions, Container Apps, etc.;

Familiarity with the financial services sector and regulatory frameworks related to AI ethics, privacy, and data protection;
