Job description
As a Product Content Administrator, you'll play a key role in creating, maintaining, and improving product information used across internal systems and customer-facing channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating, editing, and maintaining product descriptions in line with company content guidelines.
- Reviewing supplier-provided information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Managing product attributes, specifications, and supporting data within Master Data systems.
- Carrying out quality checks and validation processes before content is published.
- Working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather missing information and resolve queries.
- Supporting the enrichment of product records with imagery, technical information, and other assets.
- Identifying opportunities to improve content quality, data standards, and internal processes.
- Managing workloads effectively to meet business priorities and service levels.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent written English with strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Confidence working with large volumes of information and data.
- Ability to follow established processes, templates, and content guidelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Desirable
- Previous experience in administration, data entry, or content-related roles.
- Experience managing product information or product data.
- Exposure to Master Data, Product Information Management (PIM), or ERP systems.
- Experience working with structured data and validation processes.
