Digital Technology Director

• Provide strategic leadership for digital technology across all UK business groups and functions
• Align technology strategy, investment, and delivery with current and future business needs
• Lead large-scale ERP transformation programmes
• Oversee the implementation of manufacturing systems and factory technologies
• Deliver complex enterprise-wide digital programmes
• Maintain excellent stakeholder management and communication

• Proven leadership of large-scale ERP transformation programmes
• Strong experience with manufacturing systems and factory technologies
• Senior-level strategic technology leadership experience
• Track record of delivering complex enterprise-wide digital programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience within the UK defence industry
• SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration experience
• Experience in large international or matrix organisations
